* Broken or dead device
* Manufacturing defects
* Warranty Card details must match name, address, city & phone
* Box, accessories, and device must be returned in original condition

After the first month and up to 3 months, faulty devices qualify for **exchange** with a small replacement fee.

### **Ultra (ICE IPL Category)**

* **3-Month Warranty Exchange Fee:** **30%**
